Repairs

If an item purchased from QUADRUM is in need of repair please contact us by email mail@quadrumgallery.com or phone 617-655-4791.

Jewelry is not indestructible, and like anything else, may need to be repaired from time to time. Jewelry that is strung, depending on how often you wear it, should be restrung at least once a year. Rings that are worn daily are subject to normal wear and tear and may need to have stones replaced or re-polished over time. All of our artists stand by their work and we send all repairs directly to them, at which point they will make the best decision for repair to ensure the longevity of your jewelry.

Please allow at least 4-6 weeks for all repairs.

All returns of merchandise for repair require a Return Authorization, otherwise we are unable to accept the package.

Please call or text 617-655-4791 to obtain a Return Authorization number before shipping your merchandise back. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages, so please be sure to insure your package for the full value of the piece.
