We have an immediate opportunity for a dedicated professional salesperson with extensive fine jewelry or luxury sales experience and knowledge seeking a part-time position. Exceptional customer service, resulting in exceptional business will be your main concern, but as your experience grows so do your responsibilities and opportunities. You will be the conduit between jewelry artist and client! Creative thinking and problem solving keeps this job challenging. 

We are seeking a friendly and dependable, organized, detail oriented, tech savvy person who has a willingness to learn the Quadrum procedures and provide excellent customer service and support. The position will include, but not limited to; assisting clients near and far through multiple channels via physically in the gallery or through email, texting, DM, FaceTime; receiving inventory, processing & inputting inventory into our custom POS, Shopify, shipping & returns, social media, etc.

THE STAFF

QUADRUM is currently staffed by eight of the most creative, inspiring and vibrant  people you will ever meet, each of whom is completely devoted to QUADRUM, bringing their own unique style and individual talents. Each staff member at QUADRUM has an indisputable passion for jewelry, and an unrivaled expertise in understanding our customer’s needs. They are well versed in gemology and have firsthand knowledge of each of our collections, and the artists and jewelry designers we represent. Each member of our staff relishes the challenge of satisfying any jewelry request, and assisting in handling all of our clients jewelry needs in a personalized manner.

*Schedule:  Seeking 3 days; Friday, (Saturday or Sunday), and Monday. Aprox 24 hours a week. *Flexible work schedule required, including weekend and peak holiday availability.

Salary:  $25,000 - $37,000 / Per year
