Returns

At QUADRUM, we want you to be pleased with your purchase.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return any unworn and undamaged item(s) within 7 days of receipt for a full credit card refund to the original cardholder. We process all returns on the same day that they are received and we will send an email confirmation once the refund is processed. Please keep in mind that depending on the cycle of your credit card it may take 2-10 days for the refund to post to your account. 

Please note that Special Orders and rings that are sized to your specifications are Final Sales and Non-refundable. 

Merchandise Credits or Refunds issued will not include original shipping charges. Shipping charges for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the purchaser. 

Merchandise must be accompanied by original packaging and receipt. All returns of merchandise require a Return Authorization. Please call 617-655-4791 or email mail@quadrumgallery.com to obtain a Return Authorization number before shipping your merchandise back.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS 

International returns are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price and import tax within 7 days of receipt. After an order has been fulfilled, refunds are not available for shipping charges, customs fees or duties paid.
